Jamestown Resident since: 1983 Hometown: Hasbrouck Heights, NJ
Why I do what I do: I really love working in partnership with buyer and sellers to help them meet their real estate goals! I support them in navigating through the process of buying, selling, or even just talking through their plans. Home buying and selling can be time consuming and complex; I work to make it as simple as possible.
A little bit about me: My husband is Bill and we have a 10 year old Fox Terrier named Rudy. We have 2 adult children, Maris and Ian. I was a co-owner with Carol Hopkins, owner/broker of Island Realty, for 13 years before trading in that role for my current one, working with buyers and sellers.
What I do when I’m not doing real estate: Sailing, reading, volunteering (I’m a hospice volunteer for Visiting Nurses of Newport and Bristol Counties), spending time with friends and family. I’ve also been a blood donor for years and I’m up to 83 pints. My goal is 100!
Notable accomplishments in my real estate career: Selling a house to a couple who said, “We’re coming in for the weekend with very specific criteria in mind for our next house. We know it will take a long time to find the right thing.” That weekend I showed them one house that I thought would meet their needs. They immediately fell in love and moved in 40 days later!
