Jamestown Resident since: 2005 Hometown: Darien, Connecticut
Why I do what I do: I enjoy all aspects of the real estate business. From the easiest and most exciting of circumstances to the most difficult, I am there for my clients from beginning to end. My energy and passion is what drives me to work tirelessly to meet each of my client’s needs.
A little about me: I have three wonderful children, Jack, Charlie and Madison. All three attended Jamestown Schools until the boys went off island to North Kingstown High School and my daughter to St. George’s School. Prior to real estate I spent fifteen years as a model and talent agent with one of the top agencies in the New York Metropolitan area. I call on that experience in search management and contract negotiations when dealing in the real estate world. Having spent many summers living in Watch Hill and the winter months in Jamestown has given me the opportunity to become well versed with all of RI’s coastal towns.
What I do when I’m not doing real estate: In the past I have spent my down time volunteering as past President of the Jamestown PTO, past Coordinator of Lawn School Ski and Snowboard Club and Newport County Whalers, just to name a few. I now find myself branching out to support environmental issues and supporting local charities & non-profits. I thrive on keeping busy. You will most likely find me playing paddle at Conanicut Yacht Club, walking the paths and beaches of Jamestown, cooking and gardening. When not on the go, you will find me at home hosting friends and family from Connecticut who can’t get enough of our little island!
Notable accomplishments: I find each and every transaction an accomplishment. From helping the first time homebuyer navigate their first purchase to assisting the seasoned investor build their portfolio, when keys transfer at the closing table it fills me with a great sense of accomplishment and pride. After a recent transaction the Buyers sent me a note which stated “you’re like a superhero or something” and were forever thankful for making what could have been a very difficult transaction, smooth and easy.
